TUPPERWARE PARTY

What would we do without Tupperware? Its great for food storage, stacks neatly in the cupboard, you can run it through the dishwasher and the microwave....AND its a wonderful distraction! The evening this photo was taken, Ray worked hard on installing the rest of the childproofing devices.

Oh, and of note, Olin is crawling like a fiend AND he can stand and scoot along walls, chairs, tables, the dog...

I guess I could have titled this one as 'Olin Versus the Volcano', but I resisted the temptation for good reason: its just plain too cheesy. :)

In mid-May we took a wonderful 10 day trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. Its a particular favorite get away destination of ours and we were waiting for Olin to be final so that we could travel with him on holiday. The little guy LOVED playing in the ocean...who wouldn't when its bathwater warm. Other highlights included his first Hot Dog (thank you Grandma Sherry), a trip to the Volcano, a backpack ride to Waipi'o and of course plenty of pool time! Not bad location to try out those fins, eh?

Talk about a great souvenir, our trip concluded with Olin popping thru his first tooth somewhere over the pacific on the flight home!
