STATS UPDATE

Went to the doctors office today for our 12 mo. checkup (can you believe it has been a whole year). Anyhoo, the little man isn't so little anymore. He's up to a whopping 24 1/2 lbs and 31" tall. WOW! Apparently, for those that are into this sort of thing, that puts him in the 65% for his weight and 85% for his height (so he's a stringbean). Guess the veggies are doing him good!
Oh, by the way. There was a Cal game on last weekend (hence the photo) so the boys donned their fan wear and *watched* the game. GO BEARS!

BEACHY KEEN

It was an official holiday today so we decided to hit the beach. Warm, sunny, and slightly breezy, a perfect day for frolicking in the sand. Besides, Olin hasn't ever been to a beach in California. His only experience thus far has been Hawaii. It is good to mix it up a bit, don't you think? We had a great time watching the seagulls and the kites. There were a few folks out sail boarding today too. It was so clear out, you could easily see downtown San Francisco from the Island we were on.

First Haircut today. Olin was a real champ. Ray went with him for this most manly of grooming events. :) Both enjoyed the experience. I think I would have cried. My baby boy is growing up.
